Shifa - Oman app

Shifa is an electronic platform that provides technical services and solutions in the health services sector in Oman and allows patients to access health information easily. It is developed in web and mobile versions. shiffa logo The platform is the central hub for all government health care centers and hospitals. As a backend system, it is used by medical staff to follow-up patients and grant a consistent assessment of their medical condition across the different healthcare facilities in Oman. Besides, it provides citizens and residents an access to online medical services, consultations and other related health information that keeps them involved through the treatment journey.

About this app

The Shifa app is developed by the Ministry of Health to provide all nationals and foreign residents of the Sultanate of Oman, access to their personal health information. Using this app requires an OTP authentication with the mobile number you registered to the ministry.

Appointments :

1- Self Appointments Booking :

Create, reschedule and cancel your appointments.

2- Virtual Appointments :

You will receive notifications in Shifa app if you have Virtual

Appointments and you have to confirm your attendance by

clicking on Ready Button to enable doctors to start the call

between you and your doctor.

- Blood Donations :

Check out your blood donation history.

- Chats :

Doctors can initiate chat with you and activate and restrict the reply to the chat.

- Downloads & Print :

Print, download and share your sick leave.
