The in-game Shop is the monetization aspect of Diablo Immortal . The game is free to play, but spending money in the Shop allows you to acquire currencies and items that help your gameplay, and take advantage of bundles and time gated rewards. This is how Blizzard makes money off Diablo Immortal and keeps the game running. If you are enjoying Diablo Immortal, don't feel bad about spending what you can afford to enhance your game and have fun - that money is going towards updates and continued development.

The Shop Currencies in Diablo Immortal

The Shop accepts two currencies, the real life money of your region and Eternal Orbs Eternal Orbs. All in-game items and currencies available in the Shop can be purchased with Eternal Orbs. Eternal Orbs and Bundles can be purchased with money. Eternal Orbs are purchased from the Currency department of the Shop.

The User Interface for the Shop is straightforward. Currency counters for Platinum and Eternal Orbs are at the top right. The shop is divided into Departments:

Departments are listed as tabs on the left side. The opening page shows the Featured Items and Bundles as well as the Free Daily Reward which you can claim.

Crests are used to add modifiers to Elder Rifts. The shop sells its version of a Legendary Crest, the Eternal Legendary Crest Eternal Legendary Crest. This can be purchased from the Crests tab.

Crests are purchased with Eternal Orbs Eternal Orbs

An Eternal Legendary Crest Eternal Legendary Crest will add two modifiers to an Eternal Rift, guarantees 3 Runes and a Legendary Gem drop, and will grant you 5 Fading Ember Fading Embers per party member upon completion.

160 Eternal Orbs gets you 1 Legendary Crest

1600 Eternal Orbs gets you 10 Legendary Crests

The Bundles Department in the Shop for Diablo Immortal

The Bundles Department offers a Free Daily Reward - this is the same one that you can claim on the Featured tab. Claim it here if you prefer. There are also high-value Trove bundles that are unlocked for purchase upon reaching certain in-game milestones. Bundled Supplies allow you to buy more of what you need to save time.

Free Daily Reward

The Free Daily Reward is a bonus item that you can receive daily by logging in and claiming it from the Shop. You will receive a random item from a pool of four possible rewards. If you miss a day, don't log in and claim the daily reward, it is lost.

The possible rewards are Gold Gold, Scrap Materials Scrap Materials, Enchanted Dust Enchanted Dust, or Glowing Shard Glowing Shard

Troves

Troves are high-value bundles that are become available for one-time purchase upon reaching certain in-game milestones. Once you unlock a Trove it will remain available to you in the store until you purchase it.

The Beginner's Pack is a one-time purchase that becomes available once you have defeated Ifriss the Destroyer. It includes:
