Star Wars KOTOR's reputation among longtime players is highly divisive. The game, developed by BioWare as a follow-up to Neverwinter Nights, is set 4,000 years before the Star Wars movies, during the Old Republic before the Battle of Yavin. Gameplay

The protagonist of the game is a generation of Jedi knights who have appeared - Mitra Sulick, but because this game has a high degree of freedom, players should tailor a unique protagonist. So players can help the protagonist customize the gender, shape, occupation. Occupations include Jedi consuls, Jedi sentinels, and Jedi knights.

It's a little dull at first, because the scene is set inside the ship Ebon Hawk, which has been devastated and its crew is either dead or half-dead.
