Saiko No Sutoka is a Horror Survival Game where you as a Protagonist must escape and avoid the crazy yandere girl who wants you dead.

The Antagonist, Sayaka Chan is a psycho Serial Killer. She’s a very unique Yandere type. She loves to play with you before she has a chance to kill you.

Gameplay

Saiko No Sutoka is a Survival Horror Game where you as a Protagonist must escape and avoid the crazy yandere girl, Saiko-chan, who wants you dead.

You play as Akira Ishida, an ordinary japanese school student, who is the love interest of the antagonistic and crazy yandere Saiko-chan. He wakes up in school, tied to a chair and finds out that he was kidnapped. The goal of Akira, and the game, is to escape from the school and don't let Saiko kill him.

There are five modes in game, revealing chronology of events:

Yandere Mode. The only mode, where we play for other person, Akira's friend. He come back to school to find his missing friend, when Saiko offers her "help".

Normal/Hard mode. Akira woke up in school and learn that Saiko-chan kidnapped him.

Nightmare mode. After escaping from school in good ending, Saiko is back as an evil ghost, who's chasing Akira in his twisted dream. The events of this mode happen in Akira's dreams, who seems to have developed PTSD after the events of the previous modes.

Yangire mode. This is something like alternative universe, where Akira is trapped in the school while Yangire Saiko is chasing him. There is also an "under mode" — Extreme Yangire, where we are also being pursued by another secret antagonist.
