Vitals is the 1st version of Deltasphere created by llama_in_brown on Scratch. 

Vitals displays a set of lore involving Esper Enterprises and the Insight Cult.

The Insight cult is a cult that mutilates others as either revenge, experimentation, or just for fun.

Esper Enterprises is a hospital that was previously owned by Ivory's husband, Ivan, who died in a car crash or of cancer. It is unknown who owns Esper Enterprises currently.

Introduction to the role of Incrediblebox Vitals:

He is a Russian surgeon for Esper, being the most prominent in the operations ward. Sadly, he suffers from extreme sarcoidosis. He wears a blue surgeon's cap, blue surgical mask, and goggles with blue rims. He also wears a surgical uniform, with the Esper Enterprises seal on the left.

She is the widow of the owner of Esper Enterprises, which the name still remains a mystery. She has constantly been in a state of misery, blaming herself for being unable to save him. Ivory wears a red sweater with a green jacket over it. She also wears a stethoscope around her neck, and a head mirror around her head. Her hair is a dark green for unknown reasons. She also has light red irises.

He was found in a snowy village in the outskirts, threatening the village's residents by eating some of them. Tate was soon detained, contained, and interrogated by Esper. Some of the flesh on his face has been frostburned off, revealing a blue, icy skull. He has a blind eye, and a beartrap strapped to his face. He wears a desaturated navy blue coat with a grey belt, having a dark blue pocket. His arms are covered in ice, one removed.

She has a large rod sticking through her arms, likely inserted by the cult. She wears a green top with the Insight Cult logo in red on it. She also wears green bandages on her lower torso, and red arm guards.

The art style of the game is indeed a bit more eerie than previous mods.

It is said that the plot scale of the game is quite large, and I can't wait to experience it!

When the character icon of the insight into the identity of a religious believer is dragged to the empty black shadow, the shadow will appear with a third eye, while characters of other identities will only show part of their face.

The faces of hospital staff and victims/patients are also different. When medical staff come on stage, the shadow is expressionless, while when victims and patients come on stage, the shadow's expression is slightly surprised.
