15% Career change

If any of the 4 stats of a resident are extremely bad (marked with a blue X) for that specific job, the chance of getting the job is automatically 15%.

Maintenance

The more buildings you build the maintenance also goes up.

Save Money

Do not research new buildings if not necessary. Likewise, do not build plenty of structures at the beginning. Increase your population first before putting a big number of shops and restaurants. Also, try selling your points. They just grow in short time. It might be a great help for you.

Select open space in the menu - Build to attract tenants to unlock. The first resident is the character you customize when you start the game.

Achievement: That is a status of prime location, Huhuhu.

The land price ranks first

Get the first place in the annual land price ranking to unlock.

Tip: The rankings are published in the 10th month of each year. A building needs a land value of about 75,000 G to be high on the list. The seeds only work the first few times. To get a highly ranked building you need to build a combination nearby. For more information, see the Composition section under Resources in the catalog.

The combination used by the original author is "commercial street", "dating spot", "Nature Street" and "Animal Street".

When a town has more residents doing different jobs, it gets different categorical rewards. This achievement is unlocked when the fifth and final category "Chaebol City" is reached.
