The gov.br app, formerly known as Meu gov.br, is a platform that enables users to create an account on the gov.br portal. Users can now access the app without facial recognition, and if they need to create an account, they can do so through the app. Additionally, users can access any government service that has the "Entrar com gov.br" button without a password, using only their mobile device's biometrics. The app also allows users to view their digital data and documents and share them with their contacts. Users can also see their login history on gov.br sites, providing more transparency on how their data is being used. Moreover, users can increase their account's security level to silver or gold.

The app maintains its existing features, such as digital proof of life, notifications to sign electronic documents, and more.

The "gov.br" app (formerly My gov.br) is renewed for you to have a more simplified experience:

- For starters, you can access the app without doing facial recognition and if you need to create your gov.br account, we'll do it through the app.

- You can access any government service that has the “Enter with gov.br” button without needing a password, using only your cell phone's biometrics. Will you forget the password?!

- And more, in addition to being able to consult your data and digital documents, you can share them with your contacts to make life easier. You can also see your login history on gov.br sites and have more transparency to understand how they are using your data.
